HUGO BOSS is looking to hire a Regional Visual Merchandiser in Portugal. (3 Regions: Algarve, Lisbon, and Porto).

What you can expect:

\n\tIn your role as Regional Visual Merchandiser, you are responsible for executing and maintaining visual merchandising standards, ensuring that all operational procedures are managed commercially to guarantee the highest level and efficient delivery of the customer experience.\n\tResponsible for the implementation of window displays and in-store installations according to corporate standards and deadlines.\n\tPartner with the corporate VM team to plan and implement the role's needs.\n\tParticipate in regular training sessions to develop and conduct visual merchandising training sessions for team members.\n\tProvide continuous feedback to the VM team on local markets as well as other retail markets.\n\tDrive the use of all available tools to ensure the execution of company procedures and policies.\n\tWeekly visits to different points of sale in Portugal.\n

 

Your profile:

\n\tExperience in a similar position of 3 to 5 years demonstrating capability as a VM, preferably in a Premium Retail industry environment.\n\tWillingness to learn and constantly develop, experience in team formation.\n\tStrong organizational skills, structured work approach.\n\tExcellent attention to detail.\n\tExcellent communication skills.\n\tStrong demonstration of commercial perspective and brand knowledge and management.\n\tUse of business systems and the latest technology.\n\tBased in Lisbon with full availability to travel throughout Portugal and occasionally to Madrid.\n\tDriver's license.\n\tFluent English C1 Advanced.\n\tNative Portuguese.\n\tSpanish (highly valued).\n
