As the Visual Merchandiser Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the implementation of a clear and coherent customer journey throughout the stores by respecting all COS standards and guidelines. In this role you support a team of Visual Merchandisers within your responsible stores.
Key Responsibilities:
Offering customers an excellent direct customer service by establishing extensive knowledge around trends, products, and styling across the Store TeamSecure excellent indirect customer service by delivering an impactful store experience and clear customer journeyAnalysing selling information and service results, taking responsibility for the visual direction of the store to maximise sales performanceLeading and motivating a team of Visual Merchandiser to achieve excellent visual standard of your responsible storesConduct visual changes collaborating with store management team and define the customer journey when neededIdentifying future talents and putting together development plans to support their progressionSetting the visual merchandising standard for your responsible stores and training the team to understand the COS collection, story of key products and inspiration backgroundCommunicate with Area Visual and provide feedback to the Area Team and Store Management Team regularlyQualificationsFor the role of Visual Manager, we seek individuals who embody the spirit of Teamwork, Entrepreneurship and Constant Improvement, fostering an environment of collaboration and shared achievements. What You Need to Succeed:
Knowledge
Understanding of the latest trends, fashion and silhouettesExperience working with visual-merchandising guidelines, including window display and mannequin stylingKnowledge of operational routines in-storeExperience taking informed VM actions based on commercial KPIs and sales dataAble to communicate in both Italian and English Experience leading a team or supervising others is an advantageMotivation

Proven track record of delivering high standards of VM that is both commercial and inspirationalExperience managing store VM activations including window and mannequin changes, promotional setups and season-start layoutsSuccess in collaborating with other managers/colleagues to achieve store goals
