We are looking for a VM in Store for our newly renovated HALO store on Passeig de Gràcia (Barcelona), the largest HUGO BOSS store in Europe, specializing in Womenswear. Join us for this new and exciting experience

\n\n

As a Store Visual Merchandiser, you are responsible for executing and maintaining the corporate visual merchandising standards in the store to ensure the brand experience and business growth, aiming for commercial success.

\n\n\n30 hours per week.\nExperience in premium or luxury retail.\nImmediate availability.\n

 

What you can expect:

\nResponsible for the implementation of window displays and in-store installations in accordance with company standards and deadlines.\nEnsure compliance with brand standards and presentation.\nCollaborate with the corporate Visual Merchandising team to plan and implement structural changes.\nStay informed about current advertising and marketing campaigns, new product launches, and update store elements accordingly.\nBe familiar with Key Looks, seasonal buys, and key items that customers are driving for the season.\nDocument work for Area/Retail Managers.\nPropose ideas and suggestions for product merchandising.\nResponsible for managing VM material orders (e.g., mannequins).\nAssist with stock replenishment alongside team members.\n\n\nResponsible for the presentation of products (in the window display and in-store) to support the team in delivering excellent customer service.\nParticipate in the organization of special in-store events, when necessary.\n\n\nOptimal use of equipment and the latest technologies.\nCompliance with all company policies (health and safety, operations manual, uniform standards, etc.).\n

 

Your profile:

\nExperience in a similar position where the ability as a Visual Merchandiser has been demonstrated, preferably in a premium fashion environment\nPassionate & knowledgeable about the brand\nExperience in training & developing people\nStrong organizational skills, structured work approach with attention to detail\nCommercial mindset\nExcellent communication skills at all levels\nAbility to be flexible & adaptable to the need of the business\nWillingness to constantly learn & develop\nFluent in English would be an advantage (spoken & written)\nProficient utilization of business systems & latest technology\nPassion for trends in fashion retail & lifestyle\n
