Visual Merchandise Coordinator

At Floor & Decor, we’re transforming spaces and careers across the country. The most exciting thing we’re building isn’t just floors—it’s a company without ceilings where dreamers, thinkers, and doers shape our future. With over 250 stores and counting, this is where ambition meets opportunity. Are you looking for new challenges? Let's build what's next.

Your Work Matters

As a Visual Merchandising Coordinator, you're the translator between creativity and execution. Your work ensures that what’s imagined in a brainstorm actually works in a real store. From updating standards to wrangling project details, your impact shows up in every perfectly placed product and customer "wow" moment.

Your Day Consists Of

Acting as the connective tissue between store teams and corporate departments, ensuring feedback turns into action

Tracking and entering project milestones, purchase orders, and visual updates across Workfront and other systems

Collaborating with creative, safety, and operations teams to ensure all store visuals align with our brand—and function in the real world

Maintaining and updating our Visual Standards Guide with input from buyers, merchants, and project managers

Supporting field teams with clear communications, visual tools, and documented walk-throughs that fuel high-impact execution

Managing time-sensitive calls, requests, and vendor documentation that keep our merchandising efforts moving at pace

You’ll Be Supported With

Bonus & career advancement opportunities at every level

Programs like 401K with discretionary company match, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and Referral Bonus Program

Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and other Insurance Plans (subject to eligibility criteria)

Work-life balance:

A personal holiday

Volunteer Time Off program that starts on day one

You’ll Be Successful With

1–2 years of experience in visual merchandising, store operations, purchasing, or marketing—and a passion for the details that make a display work

Strong communication instincts and an eye for consistency, aesthetics, and practical execution

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel—you’ll be working with data daily

A proactive mindset: when you see a gap or misalignment, you step in to solve it

The ability to balance fast turnarounds with accuracy, often while juggling multiple inputs

A calm, customer-first demeanor when supporting stores with real-time requests
