Location Name Columbus Corporate Headquarters Responsibilities This role is responsible for supporting the visual merchandising process from Product Line Review through executional phases of Product Launch. Participates in seasonal Go-To-Market meetings, executing merchandising strategy to in store presentations. Ensures contribution from cross-functional partners leads to merchandising success for the assortment, while balancing capacity and various store and fixture types.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop visual merchandising strategies for stores, ensuring brand consistency and impactParticipate in Product Line Reviews, with Visual Merchandising team to execute merchandising and styling for the applicable cross-functional reviewsCollaborate on merchandising and marketing solutions for integrated visual projectionsExecute cohesive and consistent content translation from Product Line Review through executional phase of productSupport the execution of Brand-right, sophisticated and elevated visual merchandising and marketing solutions for Brand and strategic testsApplies general visual standards for merchandising of seasonal, monthly or business required changesParticipate in initial Product Launch floor walkthroughs to Cross Functional Leadership and Merchant Partners Provide complete and accurate visual merchandising content that is communicated to stores effectively, with detailed and quality information in documents and all other forms of visual store communicationProvide competitive analysis and knowledge of current trendsParticipate in store visits to identify strengths and opportunities of Product Launch execution to continue to evolve direction and communication through merchandising strategies seasonallySupports and executes the sample process and meeting invitesSupports monthly tests and test communication
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or similar experienceMinimum 3-5 years of corporate or field visual merchandising experienceProficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite/platforms and Microsoft 365 programs
