**Job Title** Visual Marketing Specialist **Job Description Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled and creatively driven Visual Marketing Specialist to elevate our internal and client-facing materials with engaging, professional-quality design. This role will be responsible for crafting compelling slide decks, sales presentations, business reviews, visual storytelling tools, newsletters, and communication assets that clearly articulate key messages and reinforce our brand identity. The ideal candidate is a visual communicator with a sharp eye for detail, a strong sense of narrative flow, and a deep understanding of how to translate complex content into clean, persuasive, and visually appealing formats. **Job Description** + Design and develop high-impact presentations for sales pitches, executive business reviews, and internal leadership communications. + Create branded templates and assets for recurring deliverables (e.g., newsletters, client updates, strategic plans). + Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, operations, marketing, and leadership) to align visuals with strategic messaging. + Apply storytelling and design principles to complex ideas, ensuring clarity, consistency, and visual appeal. + Uphold brand guidelines while evolving the visual identity to meet modern communication standards. + Maintain a library of reusable slides, templates, infographics, and assets for use across the organization. + Support ad hoc design needs such as org charts, graphics for town halls, and infographic or executive summary one-pagers. Qualifications: + High school diploma or GED. A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is strongly preferred. + Proven experience designing professional presentation materials (PowerPoint is a must; Google Slides and Adobe tools are a plus). + Strong portfolio showcasing corporate decks, sales collateral, and visual storytelling. + Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) + Familiarity with tools like Canva, Visme, Figma, or Prezi + Video editing or motion graphics experience a plus, but not required. + Excellent written and visual communication skills. + Ability to synthesize content, simplify complex ideas, and structure clear, persuasive narratives. + Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and hierarchy in a corporate context. + Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment. + Contribute to the design and upkeep of visual assets including decks, posters, templates, dashboards, and signage. + Support storytelling through data visualization, creative layouts, and campaign design to bring initiatives to life. + Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. + Collaborative, curious, and self-motivated with a passion for communications and storytelling. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
