We seek a Visual Designer Senior-Level who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

 

What will help you succeed:

Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate).

Experience with web and mobile application design, responsive design and grid principles.

Proficient in Interaction and Design tools such as FigmaWorking experience with agile teamsStrong knowledge of the end-to-end vision (from identification of opportunities, needs and problems to hand-off to developers and follow-up of future business opportunities)Knowledge of Design Thinking principles and methodologies.Being imaginative and loving innovation.Strong skills in effective communicationAbility to generate links between teams and stakeholdersEnsure quality of deliverablesCreate and define documentation and Design systemBeing capable to take a step back to look at a bigger picture.Ownership, autonomy and goal-orientation.Experience in similar positions.
