Work You'll Do + Work directly with leadership and subject matter experts to plan and implement visualization strategies associated to complex data sets, in support of analysis and decision making products. + Apply techniques such as context, storytelling, motion, relationship correlations to tell powerful/compelling visual stories + Create organizational brand and platforms that communicate with a variety of stakeholders at various levels within a complex national security environment. + Define visualization standards across portfolios to reinforce messaging and engage audiences. Required Qualifications + Bachelor's Degree in Data Visualization, Graphic Design, Brand Marketing/Advertising, or related field plus 15 years of relevant experience + Experience using visualization tools including, at minimum: Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat Professional, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Microsoft Office Suite; Data Visualization Libraries or Engines + Experience with Adobe Premiere, Flash, Cinema 4D, Dreamweaver, Final Cut Pro + Experience must include at least five of the following: brand experience, data visualization, graphical or video asset production, print/publication design, motion/video/audio production, information architecture, web or interactive design or graphical user interface design, wire framing or storyboarding, modeling and simulation + Experience must include at least two of the following: brand development and management, design strategy, multimedia production, video direction, user experience design + Ability to work on site 100% of the time in Annapolis Junction, MD + Ability to travel 10 - 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future + Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required Preferred Qualifications + Master's Degree in Data Visualization, Graphic Design, Brand Marketing/Advertising, or related field plus 10 years of relevant experience + Experience pitching new projects and creative concepts to new and existing clients The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,750 to $171,250. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
