Visual Design Manager (Graphic Design Focused)
**GENERAL DESCRIPTION (Summary, Scope, Purpose)** This role plays a vital and dynamic role on the HFS team, reporting directly to the President of HUB Financial Services (HFS). This role has the unique opportunity to wear a couple of important hats. The primary hat is being our go-to for all creative development. Key theme being…make us look good. That includes designing PowerPoint presentations, client and intercompany materials, brochures, marketing materials for conferences and events….and whatever else comes up. Must possess a strong ability to create marketing materials that are advertising agency level. Other hats include supporting the Sales Team for conferences and providing marketing and logistic support around growing our business. Join us in taking the first step toward creating a future that combines a diverse, challenging work environment with financial security and career satisfaction. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** **Creative Development:** + Design and create professional, advertising agency level presentation materials in PowerPoint, Word, and other mediums. + Design and create professional sales and marketing materials including product sell sheets, brochures, and digital marketing campaigns. + Design and create product and service support forms and materials. + Assist with divisional website design and content copy. + Maintaining the company’s brand aesthetics, internally and externally by creating a consistent look and feel across all materials. + Attends industry related continuing education training and courses. **Sales Team Support:** + Act as the main point of contact for HFS Sales Team and assist in new business development and general support. + Be proficient with and support applicable HUB sales tools and applications. + Provide support in completing RFPs and creating proposals for new business opportunities. + Assist with the development and maintaining of prospect and active client lists. + Design and coordinate digital marketing campaigns. + Plan and execute all steps of HUB participation at industry conferences. + Coordinate all marketing print through third party vendors. + Track new and lost business. + Consistent Communication with our clients to control our narrative. **Administrative & Employee Engagement:** + Maintain HFS internal SharePoint site. + Act as primary coordinator for HFS holiday activities, including selecting and ordering employee holiday gifts and planning activities. + Work with President, Sales Team, and other leaders in coordinating client holiday gifts and employee/office functions. Individuals may perform other duties as assigned, including work in other functional areas to cover absences, equalize peak work periods or otherwise to balance the workload. **MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:** + 2–3 years of experience in a role where you created professional presentations and marketing materials. + Has the unique creative ability to create professional and dynamic materials. + Marketing solutions mentality. + Highly proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word. + Highly proficient with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and similar development software. + Self-starter and the ability to work with limited oversite.
