This multi-faceted role focuses on photography with a solid foundation in graphic design and project coordination to support our toy brand marketing and event needs. The ideal candidate will have experience photographing and editing high-quality images, designing eye-catching graphics, excellent visual communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects across hybrid and in-office environments. **Key Responsibilities:** Photography & Image Editing + Plan, execute, and edit product and packaging photography for our toy brands, including both studio and on-location projects + Edit lifestyle photography and perform image clipping as required + Ensure high standards of lighting and composition of photos + Collaborate with remote teams for image photography and editing projects + Upload images to TOMY’s image library Graphic Design & Production + Work with sales and marketing to design product planograms for tradeshows that support product presentation and ensure optimal use of booth space + Develop graphic assets for trade shows and showroom events + Create planograms and merchandising display renders for retail partners across various channels + Design assets that support product packaging, including: booklets/posters/instruction sheets + Layout and edit TOMY sales and marketing collateral + Assist with package mockups for retailer meetings Project Coordination + Manage design, approval, and print timelines for multiple event deadlines simultaneously + Assist with pre-show planning, booth packing, product preparation, and tradeshow setup + Collaborate with remote teams to facilitate execution of visual asset collateral for tradeshows, merchandisers, and signage **Qualifications:** + 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, or photography. + Proven experience in product photography and photo editing + Experience with DSLR/Mirrorless body cameras, studio & location lighting, and tethered shooting workflows + Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) + Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines + Excellent communication skills for coordinating with both in-office and remote teams **Preferred Skills:** + Experience in toy, game, or retail industry + Familiarity with trade show planning and planogramming + Strong creative vision for branding and marketing assets **Location:** This is a full-time position in Dyersville, Iowa.
