This role blends traditional reception responsibilities with broader workplace experience functions including events support, facilities coordination, and hospitality services. This role is for someone who cultivates a welcoming, professional, and service-driven culture onsite for this Client, aligned with CBRE’s high standards of client delivery.
**Key responsibilities:**
+ Front of house responsibility; act as primary point of contact for all staff, guests and vendors – ensuring a seamless and welcoming arrival experience
+ Concierge- level service: provide personalised assistance for guests and staff, including transport bookings, catering arrangements and general location support.
+ Meeting & Events coordination: oversaw the booking set up, and technology needs of meeting rooms, including AV, web conferencing and catering logistics.
+ Workplace operations support: Collaborated with facilities and building services team to maintain cleanliness, safety and presentation of shared areas.
+ Mail & Courier Management: handle inbound/outbound deliveries and liaised with couriers.
+ Administrative support: provided day-to-day admin support to CBRE client services team.
+ Culture and community contribution: support the creation of a vibrant people-first office culture by being responsive to daily workplace needs.
**About you:**
+ Experience with Front desk & Guest Services, meeting room management.
+ Highly capable utilising Microsoft office suite
+ Demonstrable experience with vendor relationship
+ Successful candidate will demonstrate workplace experience / hospitality mindset
+ Strong communication skills
