Position Description
The Visitor Experience (VE) Coordinator will learn the Victaulic tour process while establishing a cross-functional rapport with our sales team and all internal departments within Victaulic. The VE coordinator will facilitate and execute corporate customer visits focusing on every aspect of the customers experience. The VE coordinator will support the implementation of program , processes, and metrics and make recommendations / improvements to the current process in order to develop a consistently high quality customer experience
Primary Responsibilities
Professional perform company and manufacturing tours as requested for customers and internal employees/guests
Provide a positive experience for all guests from welcome through exit
support customer / visitor experience measurement program management and delivery facilitation execution
Lead efforts to continuously improve the visitor experience process across pre, during and post phases including but limited to (1) coordination of visits, working and supporting the sales team (2) aesthetics of facilities working closely with Facilities , IT and other Corporate Communication team members to create brand awareness both internally and externally (3) new product displays and find ways that effectively communicate the Victaulic brand strategy , etc. (4) coordination and execution Corporate Sponsored events and Customer Councils
Manage the planning and execution of the visitors experience process acting as key liason during corporate visits to maximize overall experience
Actively participate with other key functions in the design and development of the future Customer Experience Center
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
Fluent in Spanish and English a plus
