Minimum Qualifications:
Fluency in spoken and written Italian and EnglishPrevious work experience in customer service or travel industryProficiency in computer systems and standard applicationsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skillsWillingness and ability to work shifts, including nights and weekendsExcellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
