VIP Systems Support Specialist Job Category: Information Technology Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local * * * **The Opportunity:** CACI has an immediate opening for a VIP Support Specialist who will be responsible for providing an outstanding level of direct customer support to our DoD VIP users. You will bring your extensive experience in face-to-face VIP end-user technical support for desktop/laptop computers and mobile devices, as well as experience in the JSP environment. This role enables you to demonstrate your excellent customer service skills, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, and understanding of IT service management daily to our VIP users and colleagues. You will work onsite at the Pentagon Monday through Friday. You will also support new requirements that may occasionally arise for after-hours or weekend support. We look forward to you contributing immediately in our dynamic, fast-paced, high-visibility environment. **Responsibilities:** + Provide face-to-face VIP end-user technical support for desktop/laptop computers and mobile devices. + Provide technical support on Microsoft operating systems and network services. + Troubleshoot and take the initiative to resolve or coordinate VIP user technical issues. + Track, diagnose, and coordinate help desk support for OUSD(C) VIP user technical problems. + Act as a liaison between VIP users and JSP VIP support. + Coordinate JSP Move, Add, Change VIP requests. + Configure Microsoft Office user settings, as required. + Assist in installing and configuring software. + Set up VCT and conference calls. + Shift will be onsite Monday through Friday, 0730-1600. + Work Location: Pentagon **Qualifications:** _Required:_ + Must be a US citizen. + Minimum current DoD Secret clearance. + DOD 8570 IAT Level II certification required (i.e., Security+CE). + Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. + 3+ years of relevant experience. + 3+ years of user support experience. + Direct functional experience with DoD Business systems. + Experience in the DISA J6 or equivalent Service Desk support environment. + Experience supporting client VIP staff. + Willingness to work onsite daily Monday through Friday, 0730-1600. _Desired:_ + Experience with Joint Service Provider (JSP) Pentagon JSP VIP support environment and processes. - **________________________________________________________________________________________** **What You Can Expect:** **A culture of integrity.** At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
