Job Title: VIP Host/Food Server

Pay: $22.00 an hour

Primary Responsibilities

Able to understand ticket categories for scanning at the entrance Make sure that all guests needs are met in a prompt, professional, and efficient manner Be proactive in providing an exceptional customer experience, but also attuned to guest’s needs, requests, complaints, and other unusual situations Provide personalized service and use a guest’s name, where possible and appropriate Observes guest behavior to ensure ultimate satisfaction Maintain strict cleanliness of the VIP area, discretely tiding the space during service Assemble giftbags, lanyards and other items needed for service Perform cleaning duties, as required

The ideal candidate will

Have a professional, clean appearance with a straight posture. Note: Employees are responsible for arriving in black shirts, pants and shoes (no logos) Be physically able to stand for long hours Understand how to provide excellent customer service and hospitality, and have a welcoming and friendly attitude (smile and proper greetings) Work well with others, paying attention to details while working efficiently under pressure Know when to get the help of a supervisor Availability for the entire run in the city Speak English – other languages are an asset Preferably able to obtain a Certificate of Fitness for Temporary Indoor / Outdoor Place of Assembly Safety Personnel (F-04) - Preferred.

Physical Demands:

This job may require extended periods of walking, standing, bending, lifting, twisting and kneeling for up to 8 hours. May also lift up to 50lbs.
