Position Summary:
The VIP Coordinator works in a highly visible, customer-focused position at Globus Medical Corporate Headquarters. This position is responsible for leading a wide range of activities and is the primary liaison between field sales personnel and internal stakeholders at Globus Headquarters in scheduling and managing numerous activities related to corporate visits. This position carries a high level of responsibility and requires strong self-starting qualities to independently manage coordination of multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Professionalism, acute attention to detail, good organizational skills and focus on customer service are essential.
Essential Functions:
Manage inquiries and requests for corporate visits from field sales, surgeon visitors, corporate colleagues and othersSchedule visits in accordance with established protocolsManage visit-related logistics e.g. communication with Travel Department, reserving necessary corporate facilities, communicating with key internal stakeholders regarding visit requirements and objectivesDevelop Agenda for VisitHost VIP visitors for the duration of their visit, facilitating meetings and activities with in-house personnelLead a tour of the facility for VIP visitorsWork closely with Product Development, Marketing, and other Corporate-based groups to ensure VIP visit objectives are metAssist Director and VP as neededManage all US or International VIP visits such as scheduling meetings or ordering suppliesRepresent the company in a professional manner to surgeons, sales force, and other visitors Participate in management meetings on strategic initiatives and business planning as indicatedSpecial projects and duties as assignedInterface with Product Development, BioSkills Lab, Customs Group, Research Group, and other internal groups to facilitate execution of business objectivesReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in medical device, pharma, health care delivery, or health care management is required.Bachelor’s Degree or R.N. Degree strongly preferred. Emphasis on Business, Marketing or Communications a plus. Candidates with relevant experience as an Allied Health Professional will be consideredExcellent verbal and written communications skillsFluency in a second language a plusProficiency in use of Microsoft Office; specifically Word, Excel, and Power Point is requiredWell organized, detail oriented, and team player capable of working in a deadline dictated environmentStrong ability to professionally and confidently deliver effective communications to multiple size audiencesAbility to lift up to 20 lbsOccasional travel to corporate and professional meetings may be requiredMay be required to attend labs/surgeriesOur Values:
