SUMMARY
Process incoming violation (citation) notices for payment, mail violation materials, and respond to customer inquiries
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Process incoming violation notices and make payments according to lessee/violation authority requirements, bill clients, and assemble paperwork to forward violations to drivers. Investigate and respond to driver/client inquires regarding the Violations product, process, payment application, and registration issues stemming from a violation.Research jurisdictional changes that could impact the Violations product and process.Assist with processing violations for Toll Management clients and respond to Toll Management inquiries.QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Pay Range:
$31,400-$44,000The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan which is based on company performance and individual performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience, education, certifications, skill level and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
