The Violation Reviewer is responsible for guiding and supporting a team of Violation Reviewers. This role involves assisting the Violation Review Supervisors, processing supervisor-level approvals, and performing the core functions of a Violation Review Operator. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to process accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:Monitor, review, and process violation records in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.Process daily Supervisor Confirm file records by visually verifying vehicle make and lane accuracy. Manually adjust owner names and addresses exceeding 30 characters prior to confirmation.Assist in researching violation records using LexisNexis when license plate information is unavailable through SOS or Nlets.Review all violations processed by Violation Review Level 1 (VR1) team members to ensure accuracy and prevent errors.Identify opportunities for process improvements and communicate them effectively to leadership.Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.Required Skills:Proficient in data entry and administrative tasksStrong clerical and office support skillsExperience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general office softwareComfortable working with dual monitors and order entry systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracy in typingAbility to differentiate between light colors and maintain 20/20 vision (with correction)Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred1–2 years of experience in data entry, processing, or a related administrative roleStrong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and Windows desktop environmentsAvailability to work overtime as needed
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.25 - $16.25/hr.
