Our villages range from 150 to 3000 people, and your passion and experience in bulk cooking will be highly valued. Our food offering is such a crucial part of our guest experience, and we want to have impact on those that live and work in our Villages. 

Permanent positions are available on a 14:7 roster (2 weeks living and working onsite, one week off), working 10.5 hour days. We offer a free bus service to and from Mackay or you can drive yourself to your Village location if you prefer.

Ideal Candidate

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or validated equivalent - evidence required)Valid working rights in Australia for the next 12 months (sponsorship NOT available)National Police Clearance (within last 6 months)Current Driver’s LicenceExperience in high-volume, bulk/batch cooking, fast-paced kitchensFlexibility to work night shifts as requiredGreat team player with the ability to adapt and work well under pressureAbility to pass a pre-employment medical, including alcohol and drug screening
