This will includes: • Formalization, implementation, and facilitation of various coordination processes • Formalization and implementation of reporting to management, weekly and monthly reporting • Supporting contributors in project management processes • Budget tracking • Coordinate with the supplier of the equipment: o Scope of Work o Input and output information o Capital expenditure request, Purchase request o Schedule o Limit of supply o Coordination meetings with supplier and purchasing group o Ensure design is compliant with Safran Rules (EHS, Ergonomic…) and local regulations • Coordinate with engineering company • Conduct rigorous safety assessments and risk analyses to identify and mitigate potential hazards jointly with HSE Officer. • Adhere and actively participate in occupational Safety, Health and Environmental; and Energy policies, procedures and activities such as I-See I-Act, general planned inspection, low carbon initiative, etc. • Adhere and comply with Business Ethics, Anti-Corruption, Flight Safety Management System, and others relevant policies, procedures and activities • Perform other related duties as required. **Job Requirements** • Engineer in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. • Hands-on experience in industrial process. • Excellent communication, team player and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration. • Strong attention to detail, commitment to safety, and familiarity with industry standards and regulations. • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office application • Good communication skills, both verbal and written. • Fluent in English both speaking and writing. **Company Information** Safran is an international high-technology group, operating in the aviation (propulsion, equipment and interiors), defense and space markets.
