Join the International Division of SUEZ Consulting, a major player in global engineering and consultancy. Our teams deliver expert services in the fields of water and wastewater management, solid waste, transportation (roads and railways), energy, environmental sustainability, and urban development, supporting vital infrastructure in developing and emerging economies.

Your Team

You will be based in Brussels (30 people), working under the guidance of the Head of Framework Contract. The team is multi-cultural and composed of 6 people.

 

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Junior Bid Manager, you’ll play a key role in identifying, preparing, and managing responses to international tenders. You will support the growth of our project portfolio and strengthen our client and partner relationships.

Commercial Activities

Research project background information and conduct market analysesAssist in the preparation of technical and financial proposalsSupport the production and formatting of high-quality bid documentationHelp identify and liaise with external consultants and freelance expertsPrepare and format CVs and administrative compliance documentsAssist in managing and developing strategic partnerships

Reporting & Coordination

Maintain and update commercial reports and tender tracking systemsOrganize and manage internal bid documentation libraries and databasesParticipate in technical meetings and internal knowledge-sharing eventsEnsure thorough document quality checks before submission to clients
