Activities Join our affiliate TotalEnergies Petrochimicals & Refining SA in Brussels !

The Polymers Business Unit (BU) of the Refining and Chemicals branch of TotalEnergies is looking for a VIE to join its Long Term Plan (LTP) department. The LTP is the formalization of the 5-year strategic vision and its related financial statements. The Polymers BU is spearheading several projects to reduce its environmental impact, promote recycling and produce polymers from renewable materials. The BU is aiming to produce 30% recycled and renewable polymers by 2030. 

The overall objective is to provide the Management of the Polymers Business Unit with reliable financial information in order to ensure the management of the activity in an international context (europe, Asia and US): Development, configuration and optimization of an economic, financial and industrial database. 
The project will consist of : Elaborating, under the responsibility of the PLT Coordinator, a coherent, agile and reliable analysis structure for the financial results and KPIs of the various activities of the Polymers BU (from the BU database) in order to facilitate : The consolidation The transversal analysis The changes in underlying assumptions of the project Ensuring the consistency of the BU database with the one used centrally by Refining and Chemicals branch ; Preparing presentations to management the LTP ppt presentations. 

You will be in contact with the IT managers and all the teams (business, plants, finance) working on the LTP process across Europe, USA and Asia.

Candidate Profile

Expected qualifications:

Master or Business school diploma with a finance / accounting profile or engineering school with knowledge in finance

Technical skills:

Knowledge in Finance and Controlling 

Computing skills:

Knowledge of Pack Office (PowerPoint and Excel +++)Knowledge Oracle Essbase is a plus

Languages:
