As a Business Strategy Analyst, the main missions will be :

• Conduct comprehensive market and economic analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within Energy sectors and in particular LPG, lubricants, Solvents and bitumen industries in India and South Asia. 

• Develop and maintain economic models to forecast market conditions and assess the impact of various scenarios. 

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather relevant data and insights for strategic initiatives. 

• Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations on micro-economic trends, market conditions, business performance and strategic recommendations. 

• Support the development of long-term strategic planning, performance evaluations, and business cases by creating dossiers and presentations for senior management. 

• Build financial valuation models to evaluate the feasibility of new projects. 

• Design data modeling processes to create algorithms and predictive models and perform custom analyses. 

• Communicate synthetic reports/analysis for Senior Management decisions Market Intelligence.

• Conduct primary and secondary market research to gather competitive data and performance benchmarking.

• Develop and maintain tools for market assessment and competitive landscape to support strategic planning process. 

• Analyze and critically examine operational and financial data and highlight crucial issues on projects /plans. 

• Analyze and understand the economic and business environment to explore the future projects feasibility. 

• Carry out detailed data analytics to derive insights from market and competitor data.

Candidate Profile

Expected qualifications:

Required profile :

First experience as an Economic Analyst (internship, sandwich course ..)Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex economic data and trendsExcellent written and verbal communication skills (English) Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 

Computing skills:

Strong Microsoft Office skills specially in Excel, Powerpoint + PowerBI and  Power Apps

Languages :

English : level C1 / C2French : level B2 / C1
