We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Videographer & Editor to join our team. This is a full-cycle production role where you will be involved in every stage of the video creation process—from concept development and storyboarding to filming, editing, and final delivery. You will play a key role in shaping visual narratives that support our brand, events, and internal communications.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ **Crea** **tive Planning & Storyboarding**
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize and plan compelling video content.
+ Contribute to creative direction, scripting, and visual storytelling strategies.
+ **Production**
+ Operate professional video equipment including cameras, lighting, microphones, and stabilizers.
+ Capture high-quality footage at a variety of events including corporate functions, interviews, and external activations.
+ Direct on-camera talent and set up shots to achieve the best visual results.
+ **Post-Production**
+ Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
+ Incorporate motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
+ Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards.
+ **Project Management**
+ Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
+ Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners throughout the production process.
+ Stay current with industry trends, tools, and techniques.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Required Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology-related field, or equivalent education and related training
+ 6 years of experience or equivalent proficiency in application analysis and design
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to work independently or as a member of a team
+ Ability to direct and train other team associates
+ Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Degree in film, media production, or equivalent professional experience or equivalent education and related training.
+ Proven experience in videography and editing with a strong portfolio.
+ Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
+ Strong understanding of video production techniques including lighting, sound, and composition.
+ Experience with corporate or large-scale event videography preferred.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
+ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
+ Experience in documentary-style storytelling, large event/meeting videography.
+ Knowledge of photography principles.
+ Familiarity with brand storytelling and internal communications.
