Your Work Matters

As a Videographer at Floor & Decor, you’ll shape the way the world sees our brand. From bold ad campaigns to powerful internal stories, you’ll lead the full video production cycle—from strategy to execution—bringing concepts to life that inform, inspire, and influence. What you create won’t just play on screens—it will move people, connect teams, and drive business growth.

Your Day Consists Of

· Owning the entire video lifecycle—from storyboarding, directing, and filming to editing and post-production.

· Creating dynamic content for advertising, training, brand campaigns, and internal messaging.

· Collaborating with cross-functional partners to align messaging with business strategy and brand voice.

· Managing equipment, lighting, sound, and editing suites—ensuring top-tier production quality.

· Repurposing and optimizing content for multiple channels, including social media.

· Driving visual storytelling that resonates across formats, from high-impact ads to behind-the-scenes culture videos.

You’ll Be Successful With

· 3+ years of hands-on experience leading video production from concept to post, across both internal and external content types.

· Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and industry-standard video, audio, and lighting equipment.

· A strong reel that showcases your ability to tell clear, compelling stories across formats—from polished brand campaigns to training or explainer videos.

· Confidence managing multiple projects and stakeholders while delivering on tight timelines without sacrificing quality.

· A creative approach grounded in strategy—you understand the “why” behind the visual and can translate business goals into engaging content.

· Awareness of social media video trends and the agility to tailor content by platform while staying true to brand voice.
