Videographer
This role works within the News/Agriculture Division to produce high-quality video content for internal programming and external client marketing campaigns. This role involves all aspects of video production, from concept development and filming to editing and final delivery. The Videographer will collaborate closely with team members and clients to bring creative visions to life while maintaining brand standards and meeting project deadlines. This position frequently involves day and overnight travel throughout the Midwest to capture content on location.

Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary videographer for internal programs and client marketing campaigns.Manage video projects from planning and scripting through filming, editing, and final delivery.Capture high-quality video and audio in studio and on-location settings.Edit video content, including color correction, sound design, graphics integration, and motion graphics as needed.Organize and maintain video assets and project files for easy retrieval and archiving.Collaborate with team members on creative concepts and storytelling approaches.Ensure all videos align with brand guidelines and quality standards.Assist with other multimedia production tasks as assigned.

Job QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Film Studies, Cinematography, Digital Media or related field of study4+ years of experience working as a videographer.Strong skills in camera operation, lighting, and audio recording.Experience in editing video and integrating motion graphics.Ability to translate creative ideas into engaging visual stories.Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.Familiarity with the agriculture industry and agricultural topics is a plus.Experience producing content for business or marketing purposes is preferred.Willingness and ability to travel frequently throughout the Midwest.Familiarity with business applications of social media platforms for video content distribution is a plus.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
