RSM is seeking a Video Editor to join our team as a key member of the Digital Experience Creator team. The Video Editor will primarily be responsible for utilizing dynamic and innovative production skills to create visual stories that captivate both external customers and prospects while adhering to the boundaries of the RSM brand.
The role requires collaboration with the US-based Demand Acceleration Team, as well as multiple internal and external stakeholders to storyboard and edit media assets for various applications and formats, including major Microsoft and Oracle NetSuite industry and technology events, RSM-Microsoft executive leadership interviews, internal all-hands meetings, video case studies, innovation product videos (e.g. new product development), and enhancing B-roll content.
The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of post-production work ideally in the B2B space, a strong portfolio, and a passion for the power of storytelling through video. The ideal candidate will also help us mature our video and media capabilities to support our ever-growing go-to-market efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with Videographer, Motion Designer, and multiple stakeholders across the firm to create innovative videos that convey desired ideas effectively.
Assist the BA Go-To-Market Coordinator team to develop the visual style and aesthetic for each project.
Edit high-quality B2B videos for placement on social media, websites, for use at conferences and numerous other locations.
Design and present creative concepts to various stakeholders.
Maintain and organize up-to-date assets, templates, and files.
Provide input to continually improve the teams creative process and product.
Keep current on new media trends and strategies to identify innovative ways of delivering content.

Qualifications
Education/Certifications
BA or BFA in Film, Journalism, Communications, or equivalent combination of portfolio training and work experience – Required
Technical/Soft Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro) or similar tools – Required.
Extensive experience creating high-quality, professional video products that covey a compelling message, maintain proper audio levels, exhibit consistent color correction, and are visually appealing. - Required
Ability to collaborate with, inspire, and give creative direction to various remote stakeholders to ensure the best final product is produced – Required.
Strong storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for detail and composition – Required.
Effective organization and time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once - Required.
Strong attention to detail and operates with a sense of urgency - Required.
Portfolios, including examples of case studies, product demos, and other B2B content are a plus. – Preferred
Experience
2-3 years of professional experience as a video editor - Required
Leadership Skills
Demonstrated ability to respond positively to changing circumstances, seek to implement change to drive improvement around the creative process, and serve as a model of change – Required.
