**Job Description:**
Verdantas is a leader in digitally enabled technical consulting solutions for the environment, water, and energy transition markets. We have quadrupled in the last two years through acquisitive and strong organic growth. To reap the benefit of our combined capabilities, we have created an enticing leadership position in our corporate strategy organization. We are seeking a motivated and talented Vice President, Revenue Growth & Synergy Leader which is a key leadership role responsible for driving national business development efforts, supporting Area Client Development Leaders in cross collaboration, best practice sharing, and in coaching and supporting their efforts for high value. This position will also bring enhanced client experience by identifying, strategizing, and implementing revenue synergies between clients of newly acquired companies. This role involves trust building with newly acquired companies and existing staff, strategic planning, client relationship management, sales process optimization, and harnessing the company's capabilities to win business. The successful candidate will report to the Chief Strategy Officer and work across the organization to drive growth, expand client relationships with major accounts, and grow project pipeline and backlog. This company-wide role will be leading and collaborating closely with Chief Corporate Development Officer and Chief Operating Officer along with the key leadership of newly acquired companies in achieving synergistic growth.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ **Leadership:** Lead with empathy, effective communication, and a people-focused approach to inspire and motivate team members and internal stakeholders as well as build trust quickly with newly acquired company leadership.
+ **Strategic Planning:** Support in developing and implementing sales strategies and initiatives to enhance client relationships and drive business growth.
+ **Market Research and Analysis:** Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
+ **Client Experience Management:** Build and maintain strong partnerships with select Key/Significant clients decision makers, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for further collaboration. Interface with major clients of newly acquired companies.
+ **Business Growth:** Drive business development initiatives to expand the company’s market presence and increase revenue.
+ **Market Expansion:** Identify new market and non-traditional opportunities and develop national initiatives to realize such expansions.
+ **Revenue Synergies:** Identify revenue synergy opportunities, develop a Value Creation plan for revenue synergies, and follow through on implementation.
+ **Collaboration:** Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, project deliver, and acquired company leaders to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive synergies.
+ **Data Utilization:** Utilize data and insights to inform decision-making and optimize business development and synergy processes including monitoring and management of pursuits costs in relation to overall project or program profitability.
+ **Due Diligence:** Conduct due diligence on clients and backlog for M&A, and capture sales data correctly for decision-making and profitable growth.

+ Sales Management; Adept in planning, organizing, leading, and controlling sales functions to achieve sales objectives, sales cost, and revenue targets.
+ Operational Expertise: Experience in managing profit—loss operating units for professional service providers skilled in managing profitability, risk, competitiveness, and leading people.
+ Program and Project Delivery Aptitude: Experience in delivering multi=disciplinary and portfolio of projects.
+ Data Proficiency: Proficiency in capturing and utilizing sales data for decision-making.
+ Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with various internal teams and external clients.
**KPI EXPECTATIONS**
+ Company sales
+ EBITDA
+ Newly acquired company net revenue growth over first one-year period
+ Select new/under-developed client sales
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ 15+ years’ experience within the A/E/C industry or consulting with the industry.
+ 5+ years’ experience in national or regional business development and/or operational leadership roles.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, Business, or related fields.
+ Advanced degree and professional registration, preferred.
+ Excellent people skills and empathy with an ability to develop relationships quickly with clients and business leaders.
+ Highly experienced in developing growth strategy and business with demonstrable drive and results achievement in a team setting.
+ Possess strong financial and business acumen.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client experience.
+ Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on quality.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Highly organized with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
**Salary Range**
$180,000 to $225,000
