Primary Purpose The Vice President, Real Estate & Facilities provides leadership and strategic direction for the Company’s real estate portfolio and facilities operations. This role is responsible for developing and executing enterprise-wide strategies related to property acquisition, leasing, development, and divestiture, as well as overseeing the design, planning, construction, and long-term maintenance of Company facilities. This role ensures that all real estate and facilities decisions align with organizational objectives, support business growth, and optimize financial and operational performance while positioning the Company for future expansion. Essential Functions Provide strategic leadership for the Company’s real estate and facilities portfolio, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, growth initiatives, and long-term business strategy. Develop and execute enterprise-wide real estate strategies, including acquisition, leasing, development, and divestiture, to maximize asset value and support operational efficiency. Establish and oversee governance frameworks, policies, and performance standards for facility operations, ensuring compliance, cost optimization, and scalability. Lead contract negotiations for acquisitions, leases, and dispositions at the enterprise level, driving favorable terms and long-term value creation. Partner with executive leadership to integrate real estate and facilities planning into broader organizational strategies, including workforce planning, financial forecasting, and operational transformation. Direct capital planning and investment strategies for facilities, ensuring resources are allocated to support company growth, safety, and sustainability goals. Build and maintain strategic relationships with external partners, including landlords, developers, service providers, and regulatory authorities, to position the Company or future opportunities. Provide executive oversight of facility performance, risk mitigation related to asset utilization, and long-term infrastructure planning to ensure continuity of operations. Serve as the subject matter expert for cross-functional initiatives involving real state and facilities, ensuring coordination with Operations, Finance, HR, and Legal. Travel of up to 50% may be required. Perform other duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position has supervisory responsibilities. Qualifications EDUCATION Min/Preferred Education Level Description Minimum 4 Year / bachelor’s degree in real estate, engineering, business, or finance. EXPERIENCE Minimum Years of Experience Maximum Years of Experience Comments 10 experience in real estate development and sales, business, and finance. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications.
