Inviting applications for the role of Vice President - OperationsIn this role, you will be leading operations for our Hitech operations work with Operating leaders and Clients to develop a winning strategy, develop it with the Trust Safety service line, then present for internal approval and customer acceptance.
Roles and Responsibilities:Financial and Growth: Deliver on Financial goals for the business; find opportunities for Growth deliver on growth commitments; identify key cost metrics and ensure they are optimized. Anticipate plan for new business; prepare for infrastructure and other growth-related requirements; plan for resources based on work type and work volume projection and current available head count; and allocate responsibilities. Partner with the BD, Solutioning, Sales team on Commercials, pricing, winning deals.Work closely with the service line and capability leaders to understand current spectrum of digital assets and solutions, understand the broader industry context, landscape, market insights and client demand to build offerings and setup the advisory servicesGoals of this leader will include delivering Committed Productivity to clients, along with Large scale Ops Transformation agenda including Business impact on customer’s outcome metrics like growth, cash, income and Gain share for the value delivered on such outcome metrics.Continuously improve domain expertise in content moderation area being supported, sufficient to become a trusted advisor to the client. Minimum QualificationMBA from an institute of reputeExperience of leading operations/process for large global clients (GAFMA experience or experience in handling operations in Trust Safety/Media/Gaming/OTT platforms)High Analytical / reasoning skills, should be commercially savvy and have had a PL responsibilityExperience in setting up new teams to build proficiency in an area and Excellent communication and executive presence to connect at senior level and ability to influence those partnersInfluencing skills, creative thinking/innovative mind-set and comfort with operating in a matrixed environment retaining excellent focus and accountability for daring business targetsExperience working in collaborative team of teams environment, led global/virtual and teams with varied strengthsPreferred QualificationLead the analytics team and line management of research analysts, data scientists, AI/ML specialistsWhy join Genpact?
