As the leader of our tier 1# Global Financial Services/Banking sales business, you will have full accountability and responsibility for defining and executing Pega’s enterprise sales strategy for the market. Serving as the primary architect for growth, you will ensure teams are focused on transforming how the world’s largest organizations engage their customers. You will partner with other executive leaders, both internally and externally, to create meaningful competitive differentiation for our clients while managing a highly successful leadership team across sales and wider cross functional teams fostering a partnership with your peers to drive collaboration across the Americas and Globally.
**What You'll Do at Pega:**
+ Act as the Sales Leader for Pega’s most visible Global Financial Services/ Banking clients.
+ Define and execute the strategy and business plan necessary to facilitate greater than 30% YoY growth.
+ Inspire strong leadership across your team while building a diverse culture of predictability, accountability, and consistency to ensure Pega has an elite team of sales and technical sales professionals.
+ Partner with consulting, alliance and channel partnerships, industry and product teams, marketing and other core business functions to ensure executional alignment to meet revenue growth targets and achieve exceptional client success.

**What You've Accomplished:**
+ Significant experience establishing and building a high performing enterprise focused sales organization with 30-50 sales resources.
+ Extensive experience selling to C-level executives in F500 customers. CXO influence across line of business and IT senior executives.
+ Significant experience withing Financial Services/ Banking with opinions, expertise and network in this sector.
+ Achievement of annual revenue targets and more than 30% YoY growth.
+ A leader with a proven track record building complex, matrixed sales organizations recognized for results and culture.
+ Knowledge of international cultural, regulatory, and policy environments.
+ Proficiency in aaS CRM and/or process automation technologies preferred.
+ Understanding legacy transformation and/or GenAI highly desirable.
+ Proven history attracting and developing industry disrupting sales leaders.
+ Strong negotiation and large deal management leadership.
+ Solution focused to solve complex challenges.
