We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Reporting Services to serve as a senior subject matter expert and advisor within the CSC team. This is a key strategic role focused on interpreting, advising on, and guiding internal stakeholders and clients through complex regulatory reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

You will act as an internal authority on Cayman Islands and BVI reporting regimes, including Annual Returns, Beneficial Ownership, Economic Substance, AEOI (CRS and FATCA), and Fund Annual Return filings. You will collaborate closely with the CSC Risk & Compliance Team, the CSC service delivery teams, and external clients, supporting the design, implementation, and improvement of regulatory compliance frameworks and reporting services.

Some things you will be doing:

Provide expert regulatory advice on all aspects of offshore reporting obligations, including: Annual Returns Beneficial Ownership Economic Substance AEOI (CRS & FATCA) Fund Annual Return filings Act as a strategic advisor to internal CSC teams on jurisdiction-specific compliance requirements and emerging regulatory developments. Partner with the Risk & Compliance Team and senior stakeholders on the interpretation of new legislation and regulatory guidance across the Cayman Islands and BVI. Lead the development and continual refinement of internal systems, workflows, and policies to ensure operational compliance with relevant legal obligations. Advise on the practical application of laws to complex structures involving investment funds, SPVs, and structured products, and contribute to risk assessment and mitigation strategies. Support the launch and development of new services related to regulatory reporting, including contributing to business case development, process design, and training materials. Serve as a liaison with regulators and legal advisors as necessary, including contributing to regulatory audits, inspections, and industry consultations. Assist in preparing client communications, technical guidance notes, and thought leadership on relevant regulatory topics. Represent CSC at industry events, conferences, and external meetings to maintain thought leadership and market awareness.

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

Professionally certified in a relevant discipline (e.g., Law, Accountancy, Compliance), with a degree in Finance, Commerce, Law, or Business. Minimum 8 years of professional experience in legal, regulatory, fiduciary, or compliance roles within the offshore financial services sector. Strong expertise in Cayman Islands regulatory frameworks; familiarity with equivalent frameworks in BVI is highly desirable. Proven experience advising on Economic Substance, Beneficial Ownership, AEOI, and related reporting regimes. Deep knowledge of offshore investment structures, SPVs, and structured finance transactions. Exceptional analytical, legal research, and interpretive skills, with the ability to communicate complex regulatory concepts clearly to a wide range of audiences. Practical experience developing or advising on procedures, compliance frameworks, reporting systems, or risk controls in a legal or professional services setting. Comfortable engaging with regulators, senior stakeholders, and external legal counsel on sensitive or complex matters.

At CSC, compensation depends on several factors, including job location and the knowledge and experience of each individual. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $85,000 KYD to $125,000 KYD
