This high-visibility leadership role focuses on strategic growth, portfolio optimization, and team management, supporting the company's long-term success. Key Responsibilities: + Develop and execute real estate strategies for new locations, relocations, and lease renewals. + Oversee portfolio management, mitigating financial risks and maximizing asset performance. + Lead teams managing site development, remodels, relocations, and facility operations. + Collaborate with finance teams on capital budgets and risk assessments. + Provide clear updates to stakeholders and executive leadership. Required Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or a related field (MBA preferred). + 5–10 years of experience in real estate, leasing, and capital budgeting. + Strong negotiation, analytical, and team leadership skills. + Proven success in managing complex strategies and multi-functional teams.
