Ensure Safety, Compliance, and Brand Integrity

Maintain a safety-first mindset, ensuring all parks comply with operational standards, local laws, and internal protocols.Drive consistency in park cleanliness, team presentation, and brand execution across locations.Support District Managers in training and certifying park teams on safety, service, and operational readiness.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

12+ years of progressive, multi-unit leadership experience in high-growth, guest-facing industries (e.g., entertainment, hospitality, retail, or fitness), including at least 5 years leading multi-unit leaders.Track record of full P&L ownership of $80M+ (preferably $100M+), with demonstrated success in driving revenue, managing costs, and improving EBITDA across multiple markets.Must reside in California near a major airport, with the ability to travel 50–70% of the time to parks and team locations.Bachelor’s degree in related field with MBA or equivalent advanced leadership training preferred.  Years of experience may take place of formal education.Strong strategic acumen with the ability to translate big-picture goals into clear operational plans that deliver results at scale.Exceptional leadership and talent development skills, with experience building high-performing, diverse teams and cultivating future leaders.Deep understanding of operational levers from guest experience and team culture to staffing models, KPIs, and compliance.Proven ability to lead through change with resilience, clarity, and a solution-oriented mindset; thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.

This role is critical to scaling our business while staying true to who we are.  As a VP of Operations, you help ensure our parks deliver exceptional experiences every day by guiding the leaders who make it happen.  You play a vital role in strengthening our systems, developing our people, and shaping the future of Sky Zone.

Compensation range is $200,000-225,000 + bonus opportunity based on qualifications, experience, and performance.  Full-time employees at CircusTrix enjoy a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage along with a 401k plan with company matching.  Eligibility for 401k is based on age and tenure requirements.
