Vice President of Digital Marketing
Meet Our Team:

The Vice President (VP) of Digital Marketing is responsible for leading the digital marketing strategy and initiatives of Pega. Our goal is to create world class integration between our digital marketing and selling activities, and this leader is responsible for ensuring that Pega achieves that goal. This involves developing and executing integrated digital programs across Go-To-Market channels and media, overseeing digital client engagement, B2B demand generation initiatives, and driving Pega’s brand visibility in the marketplace, all while ensuring seamless integration with our selling activities.

 

What You'll Do at Pega:

Strategic Planning and Digital Marketing Roadmap:  Develop and lead integrated digital strategies aligned with growth goals. Collaborate with GTM Leadership to enhance digital channels supporting As-a-Service initiatives. Streamline programs, teams, and tech for optimal results.

Lead Digital Channels and Campaigns:  Manage multi-channel marketing across search, SEO, paid media, email, and retargeting. Drive engagement to Pega.com and digital experiences for clients, partners, and influencers.

Digital Content and Website Development:  Work with creative and product teams to deliver impactful digital content. Oversee content deployment and CRO programs to boost lead generation.

Maximize MarTech: Align CRM and marketing automation with strategic goals. Coordinate with Product leadership to prioritize platform enhancements.

Performance Analytics: Create frameworks to track digital engagement. Use insights to improve marketing and sales performance.

Digital Selling: Support Sales with digital engagement data and GenAI tools. Enable content sharing via self-service landing pages.

Passion for Digital Innovation: Champion innovation and AI experimentation in digital marketing. Promote adoption of new tools and methodologies.

Team Leadership: Mentor digital teams and foster cross-functional collaboration. Build strong agency and vendor partnerships.

Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budget to meet KPIs and maximize ROI.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Partnerships across GTM: Strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive digital growth.

 

Who You Are:

Proven work experience as a VP of Digital Marketing, Marketing Director, or similar senior role in a B2B GTM organization, with at least 8+ years of managerial experience. Track record of effectively partnering and collaborating in the execution of integrated, multi-channel Marketing and Sales programs.

This role is a digital marketing role - not a generic marketing role, it is important there you have extensive depth in digital marketing. 

Demonstrated ability to lead digital marketing channel teams in the execution of Marketing and Sales initiativesStrong knowledge of digital B2B media and marketing tools and best practices.Experiencing leading media campaigns, including optimization across paid media/advertising, search marketing, SEO, inbound digital, and email channels Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.Ability to develop reporting strategies, analyze engagement data, identify strategic insights and make data-driven decisions the drive marketing performance.Strategic mindset with the ability to make difficult decisions and prioritize projects effectively

Willingness to be in the Pegasystems Waltham HQ office 3 days a week.
