Division Overview Aurohealth LLC is a pharmaceutical company that develops, manufactures, markets and distributes store brand Over the Counter (OTC) products. Our targets include Rx to OTC switch molecules, ANDA & Monograph OTC products in various dosage forms / formats solids (tablets, capsules, soft gels), liquids, semi solids & nasal sprays. Our FDA approved manufacturing sites are located in USA & India. Job Overview Lead strategic growth initiatives for our expanding line of OTC monograph liquid health products. This executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing high-impact commercial partnerships across retail, e-commerce, multinational brand, and institutional sales channels Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Strategic Growth & Channel Development Define and execute the business development strategy to commercialize monograph liquid OTC products across mass retail, drug, grocery, e-commerce, multinational CPG partners, and healthcare providers. Identify emerging customer needs and white space opportunities within the liquid OTC category (e.g., pediatric solutions, syrups, oral rinses, etc.). Build tailored value propositions for each market segment (private label, branded contract manufacturing, B2B white-label partnerships, or provider-distributed products). Establish and communicate sales targets and revenue goals, and develop strategies to achieve and exceed them. Partnership Management & Deal Execution Develop and lead strategic partnerships in tandem with Sales Team with: Retailers (for private label and exclusive SKUs) Multinational brands (for contract manufacturing or co-development) E-commerce platforms and digital health brands Provider networks (health systems, urgent care, clinics) for in-office or direct-to-patient OTC solutions Product and Portfolio Strategy Guide product selection and portfolio expansion based on market data, regulatory requirements, and client needs. Ensure alignment with FDA monograph compliance, quality assurance, and scalable manufacturing capabilities. Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Marketing to bring products to market efficiently and compliantly. Leadership & Vision Serve as a thought leader in the OTC space, bringing insights on market trends, regulatory changes, and consumer behavior. Qualifications - Skills & Requirements Demonstrated success in launching or managing OTC products across retail, e-commerce, and/or provider channels. Deep knowledge of FDA monograph regulations, OTC drug labeling, and quality standards. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 15+ years experience Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree, min of 15 years of sales, sales management and/or account management experience in the industry, preferably with OTC/consumer health experience. Combination of both experience and college can be considered. Current relationships with retail a plus Compensation: $200,000 - $230,000, Annual Bonus, Medical and Rx Benefits choice of four medical plans through Horizon.
