Job Responsibilities

Spearhead the strategic planning and execution of behavioral, leadership, management skills and competencies talent development initiatives, utilizing advanced Excel skills to analyze workforce data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership. Collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative talent development strategies around top talent leadership skills and competencies, coaching frameworks to support employee development and career progression that align with firmwide objectives. Utilize metrics and KPIs to rigorously measure the effectiveness of talent development programs and initiatives. Facilitate, create and deliver impactful talent development programs by designing and implementing strategic frameworks for management development programs to enhance managerial effectiveness and leadership capabilities. Design programs to identify and nurture high-potential employees, preparing them for advanced roles Implement productivity and efficiency measures into development programs to optimize outcomes. Strategically leverage AI tools and approaches to enhance leadership, management and organizational development processes and outcomes. Tailor development pathways utilizing firm driven certified psychometric tools such as SLTII, DISC, and ILS  ensuring alignment with organizational goals and enhancing individual growth. Champion diversity, opportunity, and inclusion within the talent development framework, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills. 

Credentialed coach with experience in coaching leaders. Experience in a large matrixed global organization and creating leadership, succession planning, high potential management skills and competencies development programs for leading at scale Credentialled psychometric tools like SLTII, DISC, ILS, Hogan, MBTI, Strengthsfinder, Emotional intelligence, FIRO-B, Thomas Kilman Conflcit Modes etc Proven experience in a senior talent development role, with a track record of success in designing and implementing talent strategies. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Expertise in leadership development and behavioral sciences, demonstrating a strong ability to apply these skills in fostering growth and enhancing organizational effectiveness.  Knowledge of current trends and best practices in talent development and workforce analytics. Ability to spearhead the strategic planning and execution of talent development initiatives. Experience collaborating with global and cross-functional teams to design and implement behavioral, leadership and management skills and competency talent development strategies aligned with firmwide objectives. Proficiency in utilizing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of talent development programs and initiatives. Understanding of AI's impact on the workforce, with the ability to leverage AI tools and approaches to enhance talent development processes.

Advanced understanding of artificial intelligence and its applications in talent development, with the ability to integrate AI-driven insights into strategic planning and program design. Proficiency in advanced reporting tools and techniques, enabling the creation of comprehensive and insightful reports that drive data-informed decision-making. Experience in leading large-scale change management initiatives, demonstrating the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and drive successful outcomes. Strong track record of fostering innovation and continuous improvement within talent development programs, encouraging a culture of learning and adaptability.
