**Overview**
**What you’ll do:**
As a Media Business Operations **Vice President / Director** , you will be responsible for the management and oversight of Media Business Operations initiatives, creating and shaping the agency’s operational structure as well as leading the Media Business Operations team across multiple regions. The Vice President / Director will be a leader in pursuit of operational and systematic excellence. The Vice President / Director will collaborate with agency teams, leadership and external partners to maintain a best-in-class advertising practice while adapting to an ever-changing advertising industry. Areas of focus will include but are not limited to media financials, platform taxes, systems & tools, legal contracts, client onboarding, process architecture, audit compliance, and agency growth initiatives.
**Responsibilities**
**Day to day your role includes:**
+ Defines agency-wide financial and operational objectives and providing relevant thought leadership on processes, systems, tools, quality assurance and the growth of Media Business Operations
+ Oversee agency media financials as well as day to day media buying operations
+ Leader in system & tool evaluations, contract renewals, process rollouts, and tool integrations
+ Commands a comprehensive understanding of the financial, legal and operational rigor required to successfully manage a business
+ Effectively evaluates industry changes to create adaptable agency processes and actionable implementation timelines
+ Maintains a clear and reasonable vision of "next steps" and the "big picture" during meetings or when the parameters of a project changes
+ "Pushes the envelope" to create business solutions that work best to satisfy the needs of agency and our clients
+ Legal liaison who reviews, negotiates, and manages agency contracts from a business and Agency compliance standpoint
+ Works with multi-level media teams, finance, accounts payable, legal and leadership to ensure a seamless integration of work
+ Enforces adherence to internal audit controls, and participates in external audits
+ Mentors, motivates and serves as escalation point for Media Business Operations team
+ Responsible for team performance evaluations and career coaching
+ Responsible for proper Media Business Operations team resource management
+ Embraces and encouraging a culture based on teamwork, collaboration, and intellectual curiosity
**Qualifications**
+ Four-year degree
+ 9-11 years’ experience including 5-6 years in a financial, management and/or operations focused role in an agency or marketing company.
+ Proficiency in Mediatools (Guideline) management required
+ A knack for teamwork – you’re at your best in a closely collaborative structure
+ A stellar ability to problem solve, prioritize tasks, multitask, and manage time effectively
+ Excellent communication skills – you’re articulate, straightforward and, above all, you’re thoughtful and kind
+ Firm understanding of managing budgets
+ Experience in managing people and projects
+ Candidate must be open to travel as needed
+ Proficiency in MS office suite (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
+ Strong leadership qualities and ability to drive change
+ Detail oriented, and highly organized
+ Proficiency in managing numbers
+ Self-motivated
+ Fiscally responsible

Compensation Range: $119,510- $179,850. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
