Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across global manufacturing and supply chain operationsServe as a financial advisor to the CFO and executive team for strategic planning purposesMonitor operational metrics to assess performance and identify improvement opportunitiesManage financial risks related to global operations, including currency exposure, commodity pricing, and supply chain disruptionsCommunicating performance against KPIs and objectives to senior management; recommending growth strategies, as well as identifying areas for improvementOversee scalable financial systems and drive adoption of efficient processes and standards across the company in partnership with internal stakeholdersIdentify inefficiencies in company systems and advise on overcoming them to use resources more efficientlyGather financial data for analysis and forecasting with respect to profits, cost accounting, inventory Financial management, productivity and sourcing analytics. Coordinate the preparation of annual, quarterly, and monthly reportsLead, retain, and develop a high performing, global team; oversee and motivate individuals and teams to achieve breakthrough improvements at all levels in the organizationDirects and assigns resources to meet organizational objectivesQualifications:
10+ years of related work experienceAbility to lead, coach, and develop team membersHolds self and others accountable to achieving goals and standardsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment to handle multiple competing tasks and demandsStrong communication skills; oral, written and presentationStrong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve resultsStrong personal and professional ethical values and integrityProficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers#LI-JL1 #LI-Hybrid
