Your Key Responsibilities Provide disciplinary and professional leadership to the Development & Succession department, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring operational excellence Design and implement comprehensive global people development solutions, processes, and guidelines, encompassing performance management and succession planning Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and stakeholders on all aspects of people development, offering expert guidance and best practices Design and manage talent calibration and succession planning sessions Contribute to and implement corporate talent programs Oversee the performance management review process, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across the organization Manage the implementation and optimization of a state-of-the-art performance management system, based on SAP SuccessFactors Your Qualifications Several years of progressive professional experience in Human Resources, with a significant specialization in personal development Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a senior managerial role, demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills Proven track record of managing large-scale implementation projects, ideally within SAP SuccessFactors or a similar platform Experience in engagement at board-level required Demonstrated expertise in instigating and driving organizational change and transformation initiatives Strong intellect, confidence, and presence, with the ability to effectively address complex issues at all levels of the organization Internationally experienced senior executive with strong business acumen and a hands-on approach Modern, strong leader capable of managing and motivating teams to exceed expectations in high-pressure environments Exceptional diplomatic skills to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, coupled with the ability to communicate persuasively in both German and English
