Vice President- Business & Program Manager - Firmwide Privacy Office
Join our dynamic team as a Business & Program Manager in the Firmwide Privacy Office, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our global privacy program. Reporting directly to the Firmwide Head of Privacy, this exciting opportunity allows you to work across a complex global organization, delivering cross-functional initiatives that drive compliance and innovation. As a Vice President-Business & Program Manager in the Firmwide Privacy Office, you will drive and execute key projects and initiatives to support the firm's privacy program. You will work closely with key stakeholders to implement privacy strategies that align with our firm's goals. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring that our privacy practices meet global standards and support our data-driven initiatives. **Job responsibilities:** + Support business initiatives from development through successful execution under senior leadership guidance. + Assist and communicate across the privacy organization in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation. + Work independently with a high degree of motivation and tenacity. + Collaborate closely with department and support groups (Finance, Tech, Ops, Legal, Compliance, HR, Audit) to achieve business outcomes. + Act as a trusted advisor to the Firmwide Head of Privacy and represent the Firmwide Privacy office in various forums. + Manage business performance, coordinate business reviews, and oversee expense and vendor management. + Identify, escalate, and mitigate business risks that could impact our operations. + Represent the business in working groups and create high-quality communications for senior levels. + Prepare executive management reports to support business operations and decision-making. + Develop insights and analysis to enable data-driven decision-making and partner with the communications team on strategy. **Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:** + 7+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related area. + Ability to articulate complex concepts into clear, C-suite quality visualizations and presentations. + Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with strong presentation and data visualization skills. + Demonstrated experience in project and program management and experience with project and program management tooling and software. + Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and quantitative skills. + Ability to drive reporting and projects individually and collaboratively with cross-organizational teams. + Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization skills. + Ability to present to senior and global business heads with excellent written and oral communication skills. + Ability to forge strong internal relationships across a broad range of functions. + Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to work independently. + Ability to define and deliver a strategic agenda across multiple groups with excellent project management skills. **Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:** + Experience with privacy, data governance, and/or regulatory programs and projects. + Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders. + Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and operate comfortably without a specific mandate. + Strong judgment and ability to handle confidential/sensitive information.
