We are seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President – Human Resources to lead our HR function globally and play a pivotal role in shaping the people strategy as we continue our growth journey. As VP – Human Resources, you will be responsible for building and executing HR strategies that attract, retain, develop, and inspire top talent across the globe. You will partner closely with the leadership team to create a high-performance culture, strengthen leadership capabilities, and ensure Zycus remains a great place to work.This is a strategic and hands-on role that requires deep expertise in Talent Management, Organizational Development, HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, and Culture Building within a global SaaS environment.Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership
Define and execute the global HR strategy aligned with Zycus’ business objectives.
Partner with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and leadership development. Talent Management & Development
Build programs to identify, develop, and retain high-potential talent and future leaders.
Establish robust succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
Drive continuous learning and skill development leveraging digital learning solutions. Employee Engagement & Culture
Champion initiatives to enhance employee engagement, well-being, and inclusion.
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration across global teams.
Serve as a cultural ambassador, ensuring Zycus is an employer of choice. HR Operations & Compliance
Oversee global HR operations including payroll, compliance, benefits, and employee relations.
Ensure adherence to labor laws and employment practices across regions.
Implement HR technology and analytics to drive data-driven decision making. Compensation & Benefits
Design competitive compensation structures that drive performance and retention.
Continuously benchmark and update employee benefits to attract and retain top talent. Change Management
Lead HR transformation initiatives to align with evolving business needs.
