In this role, you will lead a team of 10-15 individuals in delivering critical regulatory and risk-weighted asset (RWA) reporting for the Bank. You will oversee the accurate calculation of RWAs, analyse monthly and quarterly movements to provide business commentary, and ensure data quality issues are resolved. You will manage the preparation of quarterly capital returns submitted to APRA, as well as Pillar 3 disclosures, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Additionally, you will act as the primary contact for senior stakeholders across the Bank for internal ad hoc and regulatory requests, while driving strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness in capital reporting processes. Expertise in RWA (Risk Weighted Assets) calculation, reporting and strong stakeholder managementExceptional academic background in financial or quantitative disciplines (e.g., actuarial science, economics, engineering, mathematics, or accounting); CA, CPA, or MBA preferred with 15+ years of experience in financial servicesDeep understanding of the financial/banking services industry, shared services operating models, and capital platform/reporting Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record in system improvements and effective communicationExperience in areas such as capital supply, leverage ratio, intercompany reporting, and large exposure reporting would be an added advantage.We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us, if you're excited about the role or working at Macquarie we encourage you to apply.
