We’re looking for a Vice President to join our Financial Due Diligence team in Frankfurt.

 

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Support the team by leading on Due Diligence engagements. Undertake highly technical advisory projects under partner supervisionBe responsible for coaching, mentoring and counselling junior staffAdvise clients on pre and post-acquisition transaction issuesIdentify new business opportunities and develop long-term business relationshipsManaging and contributing to further develop services for clients 

 

ESSENTIAL TRAITS: 

Proven experience in accounting or finance-related rolesBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; MBA preferredExpertise in Financial Due Diligence for private equity and strategic buyersCPA certification strongly preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent interpersonal and client relationship management skillsEffective written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and ExcelFlexibility to travel as requiredFluency in German is requiredAbility to communicate effectively across diverse communitiesExperience working collaboratively within diverse teams
