Vice President, Strategic Partnerships Product Lead

As the Strategic Partnerships Product Lead in the Strategic Partnerships Center of Excellence, you will be a high-performing and effective team member, responsible for managing a complex partnership roadmap and developing, refining, and implementing partner benefit capabilities. This role provides an opportunity to shape partner benefit strategy within a key business of Chase's Consumer & Community Banking group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, strategic partnerships, and a proven track record of launching programs at scale.
**Job responsibilities**
+ **Partnership Roadmap Management:** Develop and manage the strategic product roadmap for partner benefits, managing the prioritization of new partnership integrations, partner value capabilities, and enhancements to existing partnership delivery models
+ **Go To Market Strategy: Work cross-functionally to determine integration models for partnership prospects, lead the technical launch of new partnerships, and implement improvements to existing partnership integrations**
+ **Partner Experience Strategy:** Analyze partner experiences to identify best practices and develop strategies for more seamless engagement with partner benefits and attribution in partner channels
+ **Stakeholder Engagement:** Engage with internal and external stakeholders to communicate product strategies, timelines, and deliverables
+ **Performance Metrics:** Establish and monitor key performance metrics to evaluate the success of partnership initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
+ Bachelor's degree in business management or related field; MBA preferred.
+ Proven experience in product management and strategic partnerships.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
