Inviting applications for the role of Vice President, Service line lead

In this role, responsible for driving strategic initiatives, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering high-quality services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service line management, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the insurance industry's dynamics.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the strategic vision for the service line, aligning with overall business objectives and client needs.

Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient and effective service delivery by optimizing processes, leveraging technology, and maintaining high standards of quality.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction through tailored solutions.

Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Financial Management: Oversee the service line's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and achieving revenue and profitability targets.

Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and risk management practices.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.

Experience in service line management within the insurance vertical. Proven track record of leading large teams and managing complex projects.

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial analysis

Ability to drive change and foster a culture of innovation

Proficiency in using relevant software and tools

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Industry-specific certifications or qualifications

Experience working in a global or multinational environment

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is [$250K to $275K]. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
