Vice President, Sales - Digital Banking
**What makes an outstanding VP of Sales, Digital Banking Group?**
In this role you will lead a team of sales specialists to achieve the quotas for the suite of Digital Channels & Payments products. You will be accountable for the development and implementation of sales and client relationship strategies, which include generating new sales and partnerships to achieve aggressive quarterly and annual sales targets.
**What you will do:**
+ Achieve aggressive sales targets and pipeline objectives. Set performance goals for each Sales Executive which are aggressive, achievable, and tied to long-range plans or annual operating plans
+ Develop a business plan and go-to-market strategy to significantly increase Fiserv sales and revenues within the Digital Channels & Payments business within the Financials Institutions Group (FIG) through the acquisition of new accounts and expansion of existing relationships. Ensure a client-focused approach in all aspects of the sales selling cycle.
+ Drive deep understanding of client needs through a proficient consultative selling process and develop strong alignment across diverse prospect base of regional and national FIs.
+ Manage teams of sales employees engaged with prospective and current clients. Also responsible for training, HR initiatives and career development among the team.
+ Represent Fiserv in all selling aspects with the client. Leverage personal brand to build senior-level, trusted-advisor relationships with new and current clients. Drive an enterprise view to focus on maximizing the value of these relationships.
+ Build sales quotas and targets that align to the products and team objectives to deliver impact and recurring revenues.
+ Oversee the pricing discipline and strategy to optimize margins and contract value to the BU
+ Continuously monitor and evaluate the Sales Structure to ensure efficient resource allocation and achievement of business objectives
**What you will need to have:**
+ 12+ years of a demonstrated track record of successful new business generation and “solution selling”
+ Experience working in the financial services space (Credit Union and Banking) in an organization where technology is integrated with consumer interactions and customer relationship management.
+ Experience leading a high performing sales team in a highly matrixed environment with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
+ Stellar reputation and referenced credibility as a trusted advisor with key clients and decision-makers within the industry.
+ Client-focused with demonstrated success developing and implementing strategies to enhance the client experience
+ Track record of building and maintaining strategic relationships with senior client and industry leaders
+ Experience successfully integrating Go-to-Market activities driven from mergers and acquisitions through both due diligence and field team integration.
+ Demonstrated ability to balance between Quota/Revenue ownership and the broader enterprise needs and goals.
+ Strong industry knowledge to anticipate future trends and directional shifts in Financial Services marketplaces and can evolve the Sales Team and BU to capitalize on these trends
+ Ability to travel up to 50%
