**Overview**
**How You’ll Make an Impact**
As VP of Product Management for the Clean Room, you will manage the growth of Epsilon’s Clean Room for marketing and advertising. This is a newly created position within the organization reporting to the SVP of Product that will focus on business strategy, operations, and global GTM. This growth product manager will have a deep understanding of the data privacy landscape and how it is affecting the MarTech and AdTech industries. This individual will need to have a full grasp of the clean room technology space as it relates to advertising, its evolution over the last 5 years, and demonstrate a strategic vision for the role clean rooms will play in the future of advertising technology and the media ecosystem.
This role will play a key part in defining the future of Epsilon’s PeopleCloud while also scaling an already successful business. This role requires exceptional commercial awareness and the ability to manage and communicate complex data driven opportunities to executive leaders and partners. As part of this role, you will be asked to communicate product strategy, engage with a broad set of key collaborators, and important metrics that measure success.
This is highly strategic role that requires a resourceful individual with organizational experience and savvy, strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation and excellent communication skills. You will have a proven track record for growing businesses through innovation and customer first Product leadership.
**What You’ll Achieve**
+ Manage Product growth efforts across the organization with a focus on harmonizing business processes and communicating product value to internal and external partners.
+ Develop growth plans in coordination with the broader product team that maintain strategic alignment while identifying new revenue opportunities.
+ Ensure the Marketing team is aligned with Product strategy on market positioning, product ideation/realization, hiring/training programs, and product management work products.
+ Critical partner to other Product & Marketing customers across the business, communicating plans, elevating questions, and paving our path forward; demonstrating your knowledge of the market to influence the business and connect the dots for key team members to drive increased alignment.
+ Research and offer recommendations to keep the Product organization on a path of continuous improvement.
**Who You Are**
+ Deep industry knowledge of the role of data to drive Marketing and Advertising strategies.
+ A minimum of 5 years in a Product role focused on Data Driven Advertising or Data Clean Rooms
+ Strong collaboration skills and commitment to interdisciplinary thinking – ability to work across teams focused on strategy, technology, and data in service to new product solutions.
+ Lead product transformation visioning and roadmap, while at the same time being comfortable in rolling up sleeves and lead the day-to-day activities.
+ Successful managing and delivering a wide variety product solution to internal and external partners.
+ Solid planning, priority setting, and project management skills.
+ Experience influencing a business or marketing strategy through the application and/or management of competitive information, market awareness and product positioning.
+ Ability to think strategically and ‘big picture’, to formulate appropriate product solutions to solve client business needs
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills and adept at developing relationships across diverse teams (including statistical, technical, and marketing resources)
+ Highly motivated, collaborative, and innovative
+ Advanced technical degree and/or MBA or equivalent experience.

Base Salary: $176,000 -$293,000
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
