Vice President, Order To Cash
**DESCRIPTION** The **Vice President of Order to Cash (OTC)** will oversee and manage all aspects of the OTC functions for Acosta Group clients. This newly created role is responsible for maintaining and exceeding KPI performance, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations, and driving continuous improvement across the OTC processes. This position will have 6+ direct reports. **RESPONSIBILITIES** + **KPI Management:** Manage and take corrective actions as required to maintain and overachieve KPI performance of OTC functions for Acosta Group clients. + **Operational Leadership:** Direct all aspects of OTC day-to-day state-side operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and smooth functioning by planning, directing, and coordinating operational activities. + **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Develop relationships and collaborate with CMK Sales Agency to provide support and get feedback on performance. + **Budget Management:** Manage operational budgets ensuring cost-effective practices and identifying onboard and offboard opportunities based on client status and volumes. + **Service Expansion:** Be knowledgeable of OTC and GBS service offerings and identify opportunities with existing clients to grow OTC and GBS services within the existing client base. + **Partnership Management:** Collaborate with partners on delivery of services to clients. + **Client Communication:** Collaborate with clients and provide clear communication of achievement of metrics and overall delivery. + **Process Improvement:** Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and maximize productivity across functions. + **Performance Monitoring:** Monitor client dashboards and track KPIs to assess effectiveness, identify potential issues, and take corrective action. + **Strategic Planning:** Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement long-term operational strategies and identify areas for improvement. + **Sales Alignment:** Work closely with sales to align operational goals with overall business objectives. + **Talent Development:** Identify and develop operational talent, providing training and mentorship opportunities to team members. **QUALIFICATIONS** **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred. * Proven experience in managing OTC functions and operations at a senior level. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. * Proficiency in budget management and cost-effective practices. * Knowledge of OTC and GBS service offerings. * Experience in process improvement and strategic planning. * Ability to monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions. **Skills:** * Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. * Proficiency in relevant software and tools for performance tracking and operational management. **Physical Requirements:** + Stationary position + Listening + Color Perception + Ability to travel distances - Occasionally **Personal Skills Requirements:** + Analysis/Comprehension + Judgment/Decision Making + Ability to Manage Others + Ability to Work without a Supervisor + Strong Communication Skills + Time Management \#DiscoverYourPath **ABOUT US** Acosta is a part of Acosta Group – a collective of the industry’s most trusted retail, marketing and foodservice agencies reimagining the way people connect with brands at every point in their shopping journey.
