**Job Description:**
The team drives and facilitates the change agenda for Futures and Options and OTC Cleared Operations. The team works with ETD BAU teams based in Chicago, Charlotte, Chester, London and Singapore, other Operations teams, Front Office partners and Technology to deliver Enterprise and Regulatory change programs, new business ideas and operational excellence improvements ensuring cross product and efficient solutions are delivered with no impact to risk or stability. ETD Operations have embarked on an ambitious program to refresh their end-to-end technology platforms.
**Responsibilities:**
• Work with BAU teams to identify and agree user requirements for strategic Cleared Derivatives architecture solutions
• Work with BAU teams to understand impact of Regulatory change and inform design of strategic solutions for implementation
• For funded projects track UAT status including schedules, resourcing, environments, scripts, and results reporting
• Produce high quality program reporting, including capture and maintaining projects in Bank of America program management tool. Present program status in existing governance routines.
• Provide ad hoc support across Change book of work
**Requirements:**
• Experience of having worked on change initiatives with strategic deliverables (required)
• Confident communicator who can convey complex messages to a wide audience and is adept at negotiating and navigating at all levels across an organization
• Instance credibility across ETD Experience of Exchange Traded Derivatives Execution or Clearing Operations, or previously worked in a supporting BAU process
• Experience with interacting on technical change with external Exchange relationship managers and
• associated technology teams
• Serve as central point / catalyst for change and sustainable quality
• Experience in technical process re-engineering and improvement
• Experience of using an Exchange Traded Derivatives clearing platform beneficial but not essential
• Experience in driving process forward independently whilst seeking steer and guidance as and when necessary
• Candidate should be intellectually curious and understand what drives processes
